- Monday or Wednesday 5.00pm to 8.00pm
Mr Cascarini is available to diagnose and treat the following conditions:
- Dental surgery – tooth removal and wisdom tooth removal
- Surgery to remove salivary glands
- Surgery to treat skin problems on the face
- Surgical removal of skin cancer on the face
- Diagnosis and treatment for Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorder
- Diagnosis and treatment of oral cancer
- Neck Lumps
- All oral conditions including ulcers, discoloured patches, etc.
- Implantology including bone grafting

How to find us
The Outpatient & Diagnostic Centre at The Shard is conveniently located in the iconic Shard building, with direct access to both London Bridge Underground Station via the Jubilee and Northern Lines, and London Bridge National Rail Station by Southern, South Eastern and Thameslink services (from January 2018). Central London can easily be accessible via major routes such as the M25/ M23/ M40/ M4/ M1 and is also well connected via Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton airports. Our entrance is located on St Thomas Street.
On Foot – from London Bridge Underground Station
Following the signs for The Shard Exit from the platforms, once through the turnstiles head right and follow the signs to The Shard along Joiner Street. Upon reaching St Thomas Street, take a left and walk past the Shangri-La Hotel for 30 seconds. The entrance to the Outpatients and Diagnostic Centre at The Shard is located on your left.
On Foot – from London Bridge National Rail Station
The main entrance of the London Bridge National Rail station is located on London Bridge Street on the upper concourse. Upon exiting the entrance, turn left and head down on the escalators towards St Thomas Street. Take a left and walk past the Shangri-La Hotel for 30 seconds. The entrance to the Outpatients and Diagnostic Centre at The Shard is located on your left. If you have left the station via platforms 1-3 on the Tooley Street exit, once through the barriers turn left on Joiner Street and head towards St Thomas Street.
On Foot – from London Bridge Hospital
From the main entrance of London Bridge Hospital, head towards London Bridge Underground Station and walk through Joiner Street, following the signs to The Shard. Upon reaching St Thomas Street, take a left and walk past the Shangri-La Hotel for 30 seconds. The entrance to the Outpatients and Diagnostic Centre at The Shard is located on your left.
By Car – From London Bridge Hospital
Heading west on Duke Street Hill/A200. Turn left onto Borough High Street /A3, after 1min turn left onto St Thomas Street/A200. The entrance to the Outpatients and Diagnostic Centre at The Shard is located on your left after 2 minutes, past the Shangri-La Hotel.
Please note that there are no parking facilities available and that St Thomas Street is a drop-off area only. Local parking restrictions apply.
